When mutual verbal conformation is made to reserve your booking, please either mail your check/money order to the address below or make your payment conveniently and safely here through PayPal. The Ceremony Agreement Form should be filled in completely and mailed or faxed to Riana before ordering through PayPal. If you are faxing your form, please call Riana first to make sure she is available to receive it.
In order to make a payment through PayPal, you will need to calculate the amount due and fill it in on your PayPal order. If you are unsure, please call Riana at (609) 601-7884.
If you are mailing your payment, please download the Ceremony Agreement Form, fill in the following information, sign and include two copies with the following information with your payment:
- Brides Name & Address
- Grooms Name
- Ceremony Day & Date
- Ceremony Time
- Ceremony Location
- Choice of Ceremony (The Gold, Elite Custom Ceremony or Silver Ceremony) and Fee due
- note if there is extra fees for travel time over 1-hour or parking fees. (Rev Riana can help you with this if needed, please just call her office).
