You can receive Individual, Couples or Group Coaching by Web Cam, by phone conference, written emails, or in person. If you do not live in the Atlantic County area, using the Web Cam for Coaching is preferred, as it is a "face-to-face method" using a camera on the computer. Your computer will need to have a camera device to "see" Riana during your meeting.
Webinars are Group classes that will be advertised on this site (check here or see the monthly newsletter), and you may request an invitation to attend. All classes and sessions will be scheduled as Eastern Standard Time.
Some classes will be free, others will have a one-time fee, and still another type of class will be part of an on-going course, of which you will have to pre-register in advance and join the class for a set time each week (as if attending school).
Once your Web Coaching session has been scheduled, you will receive an invitation via email with the meeting topic, date, time, meeting number and password, if required.
The email will contain a direct link to the meeting or you can click here to enter your meeting number and join the meeting.
