Please call your Behavioral Health Number on your Card & bring the following information to your Counseling appointment w/your ID Card -
- Authorization number
- How many Initial sessions you may have
- Sessions for the year
- Co-Payment amount. Please note – Riana accepts cash/checks, No charge or debit cards for in-office appointments.
- Deductible for the Year: If you still owe some Deductible for your Insurance plan, please be prepared to pay the Initial session Rate to Riana on your 1st visit
- Come to your 1st Session 20 minutes earlier to complete your Intake paperwork

Self-Pay Clients are Welcome – and offered a Sliding Scale rate!
- Initial Session fee is only $95 instead of $175
- Your 2nd Session & after are only $75, not $125.
- No credit or debit cards accepted for in-office appts; cash or checks for co-pays are accepted.
- PAY PAL is available for Coaching sessions through Web Cam. Please click here to make your Web Cam appointment and payment.
- All Fees are due at beginning of your Counseling or Coaching session. Please have them ready before entering the office to save time. Thank you!
