We became a group of almost 1000 strong since originating in March 2006. This Group was developed by Riana (single at the time, herself) as a way for her and her single friends in the Southern NJ area and beyond to meet fellow singles for friendship, business networking, possible dating, and hopefully lead to an exclusive relationship. She created Social parties where the attendees could gather in a safe, beautiful, and exciting venue to sample their food, enjoy their ambiance & fine wines and liquors.

The monthly parties brought from 25 -to- 75 singles together (depending on the event and topic) from many areas and in diverse occupations. Exchanging business cards was always welcomed, as our singles were highly encouraged to buy products and services from one another.

Most parties required cocktail/fine business attire. Riana always encouraged to “Dress to Impress” if you are looking to meet that “special someone!” Throughout the years, even before her events, she has happily introduced many couples that have married or are still together today. Riana even met Jim, her Fiance at her 6th party - so the Events even worked for her! Since their meeting, Jim has joined her as Co-Host of the Singles Events.

Riana didn't set out to be a "Match Maker" - but low and behold, as someone who always cared about the person who was looking for love and relationship -- she had a great flair and ability to introduce just the right two people - leading them to find great love and friendship! Now a Certified Singles Coach, Riana is adding Date Matching to the NEW VIP Group!

Once we have enough applications of EQUAL men to women, we will invite those members to beging the Enrollment process. Once the Group is established, our Singles parties will be Bi-monthly held from 6 - 8 pm, on the second Wednesday of the month. Party dates will be posted here, but details will be sent ONLY to VIP MEMBERS and you MUST be a NEW VIP MEMBER to attend. Reservations are no longer required, because as a member, you will have already pre-paid for the 6 parties for ONE Year. Therefore, only Regrets that you cannot attend a particular event should be sent to Riana by the Saturday before the party.

Here is How to Apply to become a NEW VIP Singles Member!

1) There is now an Application Process for EVERYONE - even those who are on the list from before, or attended a prior party over the years. Here is what is needed in your application package:

• A Professional Business Resume, including Educational & Professional Degree or Training Certificates, Honors, Job history, Business groups, Personal activities
• Two Professional Letters of Recommendation, written on Company letterhead
• Copy of your current Drivers License that shows proof of age and residence (members are to be from the ages of 30 - 65).
• An Attractive Beauty or Professional style Head shot (no glasses or hats so we can see your pretty eyes!)
• A Long-shot photo in a flattering cocktail dress, business suit/jacket and slacks on a fairly clear background (no jeans, shorts or swimsuits; no children/pets in pic).

Both Photos will be placed on this web site, in the Singles section, with a summary paragraph as to who you are, so please choose photos you will be proud of. (The Board has the right to request different photos).

• Also, Riana will send out a newsletter ONLY to the Singles Group, announcing its new VIP members! This increases your chances ten-fold in meeting new great singles like yourself, and is included in the VIP Members fee.

2) Our Board of Directors will meet once a month to choose new Temporary VIP Members, then Riana will contact them directly to start the Enrollment process.

        Enrollment includes:

• At this time, your Membership payment of $495/year will be arranged for by credit card through Pay Pal at this web site, or by a check payable to By the Sea Singles, LLC.
• You must sign an agreement that you allow Riana to do a Criminal Background check and a Tri-Score Credit check - no information will be shared with others, her discoveries will be held in strict confidence, and placed in a locked drawer within her  professional Coaching office. This process is for the protection of both our female and male members. This is a similar check that any employer would do, and is included in the membership fee.
• Once passing the Criminal Background check and Credit Check (must have a Tri-score of at least 680), Riana will phone you and tell you that you have been selected to be a VIP Member and set a date to meet you in her office for your Professional Coaching session for 45 minutes (included in Members price, and mandatory before you can attend a party). You will be handed your membership card at that time.

Should you not pass either the Credit Score check or the Background Check, your money will be refunded, less the fees required to do the two checks and a $50 Processing fee.

• The Coaching session includes gathering details on the type of person you hope to meet, creating your paragraph describing you for this VIP Singles Web site of Members and our Newsletter, Riana's suggestions for any image makeovers (she was one an Internationally-award wining Model & Talent Agent - who prepared her models for International competitions); Dating Do's & Don'ts, and other suggestions to help you be your best self. Being a Successful Single and Finding a Quality Life Partner will be emphasized.

At the Conclusion of the Coaching Session, you will receive your VIP Membership Card.

In Summary, Your $495 Yearly VIP Singles Membership Fee Includes:

1) Six, 2-hour Cocktail parties with other VIP members, every other month at a beautiful upscale establishment. Hot catered appetizers and a cash bar provided.

2) A strict application policy for ALL VIP Members, ensuring we have the VERY BEST Singles in the area for you to meet!

3) A Criminal Background check and Tri-score Credit Checks (with a score of 680 to Pass) helping to ensure your safety in meeting members. Riana will see two forms of ID, and meets with every member personally

4) A Professional Singles Coaching session worth $95/45 minute hour from Riana, a Certified Singles & Couples Coach. She helps you prepare your summary description and gives tips to help you be your very best!

5) Your two photos and summary description posted on this web site (in the Singles section) and in our Singles Newsletter; giving you many opportunities to be seen, and to see others you'd like to meet.

6) Date Matching by Riana. Because Riana will meet every member and will survey the type of person they would like to meet, Riana will personally contact the two parties and exhange their information with their permission. If they are interested in meeting each other, they will select a time and place of their choice. They will not have to wait for a Singles party to meet!

It is suggested you return to this section of our web site for the upcoming month’s party date, but details will be emailed privately to all VIP Members, only. This site will have other Singles News updates and information, post our new VIP members photos and descriptions, and have great articles and advice for Singles!

Membership requires application with Board Approval, a Criminal Background check, Credit Score Check, your $495 payment, a 45-minute Professional Coaching session with Riana, two photos and personality description you agree to have posted on both this web site and in our Singles Newsletter. Membership is for ONE year, from your date of Full acceptance as a Member.
