Here is how to Apply to become a NEW VIP Singles Member!

     1)  There is now an Application Process for EVERYONE - even those who are on the list from before, or attended a prior party over the years. Here is what is needed in your application package:

• A Professional Business Resume, including Educational & Professional Degree or Training Certificates, Honors, Job history, Business groups, Personal activities
• Two Professional Letters of Recommendation, written on Company letterhead
• Copy of your current Drivers License that shows proof of age and residence (members are to be from the ages of 30 - 65).
• An Attractive Beauty or Professional style Head shot (no glasses or hats so we can see your pretty eyes!)
• A Long-shot photo in a flattering cocktail dress, business suit/jacket and slacks on a fairly clear background (no jeans, shorts or swimsuits; no children/pets in pic).

Both Photos will be placed on this web site, in the Singles section, with a summary paragraph as to who you are, so please choose photos you will be proud of. (The Board has the right to request different photos).

• Also, Riana will send out a newsletter ONLY to the Singles Group, announcing its new VIP members! This increases your chances ten-fold in meeting new great singles like yourself, and is included in the VIP Members fee.

     2) Our Board of Directors will meet once a month to choose new Temporary VIP Members, then Riana will contact them directly to start the Enrollment process. We will wait until we have an EQUAL amount of men and women before we will ask for your Enrollment fee.

        Enrollment includes:

• At this time, your Membership payment of $495/year will be arranged for by credit card through Pay Pal at this web site, or by a check payable to By the Sea Singles, LLC.
• You must sign an agreement that you allow Riana to do a Criminal Background check and a Tri-Score Credit check - no information will be shared with others, her discoveries will be held in strict confidence, and placed in a locked drawer within her  professional Coaching office. This process is for the protection of both our female and male members. This is a similar check that any employer would do, and is included in the membership fee.
• Once passing the Criminal Background check and Credit Check (must have a Tri-score of at least 680), Riana will phone you and tell you that you have been selected to be a VIP Member and set a date to meet you in her office for your Professional Coaching session for 45 minutes (included in Members price, and mandatory before you can attend a party). You will be handed your membership card at that time.

Should you not pass either the Credit Score check or the Background Check, your money will be refunded, less the fees required to do the two checks and a $50 Processing fee.

• The Coaching session includes gathering details on the type of person you hope to meet, creating your paragraph describing you for this VIP Singles Web site of Members and our Newsletter, Riana's suggestions for any image makeovers (she was one an Internationally-award wining Model & Talent Agent - who prepared her models for International competitions); Dating Do's & Don'ts, and other suggestions to help you be your best self. Being a Successful Single and Finding a Quality Life Partner will be emphasized.

At the Conclusion of the Coaching Session, you will receive your VIP Membership Card.

In Summary, Your $495 Yearly VIP Singles Membership Fee Includes:

1) Six, 2-hour cocktail parties with other VIP members, every other month at a beautiful upscale establishment. Hot catered appetizers and a cash bar provided.

2) A strict application policy for VIP Members, ensuring we have the VERY BEST Singles in the area for you to meet!

3) A Criminal Background check and a Credit Score check (with 680 as the passing Tri-score) will be done, helping to ensure your safety in meeting other Professional & Successful Members. Riana will see two forms of ID, and meets with every member personally

4) A Professional Singles Coaching session worth $95/45 minute hour from Riana, a Certified Coach. She helps you prepare your summary description and gives tips to help you be your very best!

5) Your two photos and summary description posted on this web site (in the Singles section) and in our Singles Newsletter; giving you many opportunities to be seen, and to see others you'd like to meet.

6) Date Matching by Riana. Because Riana will meet every member and will survey the type of person they would like to meet, Riana will personally contact the two parties and exhange their information with their permission. If they are interested in meeting each other, they will select a time and place of their choice. They will not have to wait for a Singles party to meet!
