Riana Milne has a 3-part Masters Degree in Applied Clinical & Counseling Psychology, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor and a Certified Singles & Couples Relationship Coach within her own private practice, Therapy by the Sea, LLC. She has also been a Student Assistance Counselor within various schools at all grade levels. Being an Inter-Faith Minister, Riana often uses Spiritual concepts added to her Motivational Therapy style to help create Holistic change for personal growth in mind, body and spirit; as well as to help people of all ages reach their goals, dreams, and Higher Purpose in Life. The Watch Me! Attitude began for Riana at age 16 with her own challenging journey, but became a way of life and an Instructional Motivational Program for Success for students of all ages; including many models, actors, singers, dancers, business, corporate, and therapy clients over the past 30 years. Co-Authored by Alexi D. Panos, the youngest daughter of Riana Milne; Alexi is an amazing young woman who has climbed to the top of many personal and professional ladders. After reaching a high level of worldly success in the music and fashion industries at the age of 16 and in the corporate world at age 21, Alexi recognized that true success could only come from within. Previously a TV Host SNY TV (age 25) and seen Nationally as a TV Host of her own Home Design show, Run My Makeover - on HGTV (age 27) Alexi is also working as a TV producer as she continues to run her EPIC Charity putting Fresh water wells in the Tanzania, Africa area. This project was started at the age of 20, and already six running wells are successfully completed, and three more are being built - bringing fresh water to 3-6,000 people per village.What started as an external drive, the Watch Me! Attitude has now become something that Alexi challenges her inner self with everyday. Now she dares you to let yourself go and take the first step of your own Ladder of Goals and Dreams and continue the climb as you explore and come to know the real, authentic you!
Starting in July, 2011, Alexi can be seen in her own TV series on HGTV! Home improvement and design come naturally to Alexi Panos, Host of HGTV’s Run My Makeover. Her desire to pursue carpentry and design began when she was a young girl, as she watched her father build her childhood home. Fascinated by the construction process, Alexi was on-site every day after school, helping her father select everything from cabinets to carpets. Alexi’s mother, who bought homes to refurbish and sell, instilled a love of interior design in Alexi by showing her how small changes can give new life to an old space. Alexi, who became known as a "design guru" to her friends, says she is ready to tackle any design dilemma in her new TV series.
